Sarina Freincle is a dynamic entrepreneur and the visionary behind The LaRoc Collective. With a diverse portfolio of successful ventures, including La'Roc Beauty—a premier lash, wax, and brow bar—and LaRoc Precision Testing, specializing in DNA and drug testing services, Sarina exemplifies innovation and leadership.
In 2022, Sarina made history as the first Black woman to run for city council in Goose Creek, South Carolina, and she has also served on the Goose Creek Board of Appeals, reflecting her deep commitment to community advancement. That same year, she was honored as a featured Black business during Black History Month, recognizing her significant contributions to the local economy, and also served on the Goose Creek Board of Appeals.
Demonstrating her dedication to business excellence, Sarina participated in the inaugural cohort of the Lowcountry Minority Business Accelerator in 2022, a program designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential minority-owned businesses.
Continuing her pursuit of entrepreneurial development, she joined the South Carolina Community Loan Fund's Local Entrepreneur Acceleration Program (LEAP) in 2023, further honing her business acumen.
Her passion for empowering others led her to collaborate with the SBA and Benedict College, where she developed and led the "Creating the Magical Customer Experience" training. This workshop provided small business owners with actionable strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sarina is also an accomplished author. Her "Affirmations Journal for Women Entrepreneurs" was recognized by BookAuthority as one of the "20 Best New Women and Business Books to Read in 2025."
